Vertical bagging machine type TY-VT-9/PD
This machine is a special design for the form-fill-seal of powder, granules or liquid medicine & food products into tubular sachet in pillow pack style (sealed in three sides). It is the fruitful achievement of the latest technology for its high efficiency, flexibility and reliability.

MAIN TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The cross sealing device is driven by AC servo and arc tooth-like synchro belt (HTD) to pull wrapping material.

Electric and pneumatic systems are applied to gain automatic circulation, which starts from pulling wrapping material, circular sealing, cross sealing and cut into independent small bags.

Self-lubricate plastic linear bearings are adopted to ensure stable rectilinear motion so that the structure of the machine is more compact.

This machine can be connected with cartoning machine.
